  • Choose this unless you plan to apply for the Family Maximum price. Each person in the family will be registered individually and their price will be calculated based on their age.

  • Register for the Family Max price for you, your spouse and your children.
    The price for the family max is $340, $355 or $365 depending on how early you register.
    If you have 2 adults and at least 3 children above the age of 6, you may qualify for the family max price!

Volunteering Info

Camp Shehaqua is run entirely by volunteers! This helps us keep costs low, and more importantly gives everyone an opportunity to be a part of creating the experience as a community. Each role is about 2-3 hours/day, usually working together with other people. We are grateful for each person's contributions; campers over the age of 18 will be assigned a volunteer role by the Camp Director. Woo!

There are also some volunteer options for High School children as well for youth that are interested.

Job Assignment Preference

Select as many as you are interested in. A job will be assigned to you by the Director closer to the date of the Camp.

  • Below in the "Job Preference comments" please share what topic you’d like to facilitate! The format is 15-20 minutes of content followed by discussion. Presenters should also be good at facilitating : ) Examples: Early Career Decisions, Practical Spirituality, Personal Finance, Marriage & Sex, Wins & Fails as a Parent, etc.

  • Below in the "Job Preference comments" please describe which fall-themed activity you'd like to lead! Includes planning, collecting materials, and leading at Fall Fest. Examples:
    Crafts: Candle dipping, leaf art, pumpkin carving, etc.
    Sports: log toss, sack racing, trail race, nature hike, etc.

  • Be part of the team that prepares meals and coordinates dining hall cleanup.

  • Lead music at meals and activities

  • Be part of a team that handles general maintenance and cleanup of camp, building fires, etc.

  • Set up/ manage the sound equipment.

  • Keep camp facilities such as the showers and bathrooms clean throughout the program.

  • Take photos and videos of camp for use in social media and the website.

  • Supervise the dining hall in the evenings and close it down at 12:00am

  • Handle first-aid and providing of medication to campers who need it.
